3. Nature of Services

All services offered by Five Towers Design are delivered entirely in digital format. No physical delivery is involved. Deliverables are transmitted via email, shared links, dedicated dashboards, or other agreed digital channels.

Five Towers Design is an SEO agency. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search engine algorithm fluctuations are outside our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required at the time of ordering via the Stripe platform. We do not store your payment card data.

5. Minimum duration of monthly packages

Monthly packages require a minimum commitment of three months. After the minimum period the service may be cancelled with 30 days notice sent by email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Five Towers Design within a project (texts, audits, reports, strategies, guides) remains the property of Five Towers Design until full payment is complete. On full payment, commercial usage rights transfer to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Five Towers Design is not liable for any loss of traffic, revenue, or rankings resulting from search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, or client operational decisions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
